Al Ghalia aims to provide a luxurious, clear, and reliable shopping experience for our valued clientele. This policy outlines the terms and procedures for returns and exchanges for Bishts and garments purchased through our online boutique: https://AlGhalia.llc/
1. Scope of Application
This policy applies to ready-to-wear Bishts and products purchased through the Al Ghalia website within the Kingdom of Bahrain and the GCC regions.
2. Conditions for Accepting Returns or Exchanges
Return or exchange requests are accepted for ready-made standard stock products only if the following conditions are met:
- The request is submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product is completely unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in its pristine original condition, including luxury packaging and tags.
- Proof of purchase is provided (order number or invoice).
- The product has not been exposed to any perfumes, odors, or external damage after delivery.
Important Note: Bishts that are bespoke, custom hand-tailored, embroidered, or adjusted to specific individual size configurations (Bespoke / Custom Tailoring) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a clear, proven manufacturing defect.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
Returns, alterations, or exchanges may be approved in the following cases:
- An incorrect product or entirely wrong measurements received compared to your order confirmation details.
- A clear structural manufacturing defect in the fabric or Zari embroidery threading detected upon initial receipt.
Conditions:
- Our customer care team must be notified within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos detailing the factory issue must be provided for assessment and approval.
4. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns or exchanges are strictly rejected in the following cases:
- Bespoke tailored items stitched specifically to a client's personal customized dimensions.
- Products damaged due to misuse, contact with perfume sprays, or improper washing methods (non-dry cleaning).
- Requests submitted after 7 days from the delivery date.
5. Shipping & Handling Fees
- If the issue stems from an error on our part, Al Ghalia will fully cover all returning and replacement delivery shipping fees.
- For standard stock item returns or size exchanges based on customer preference, the customer is responsible for all associated return delivery fees.
6. Refund Mechanism
Once an eligible return is verified and approved, refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution's bank policies, or it can be issued as credit inside your system wallet as preferred.
7. How to Apply for a Return / Exchange
To submit your request, please contact our support team with:
- Your order number and invoice details.
- Customer account name and contact number.
- Detailed description along with high-quality photos of the item.
